Innova Holdings, Inc. to consolidate operations of Innova Electronics, LP and Extel, LP.

Houston , TX October 3, 2007- Innova Holdings, Inc. is pleased to announce the consolidation of operations for Innova Electronics, LP and Extel, LP. The transition is set to begin October 15, 2007 with expected completion by January 1, 2008.

This consolidation will allow Innova Holdings to better leverage its current infrastructure and further solidify its foundation for future growth. The former Extel facility will be utilized for turn key chassis/collar and box build assemblies. The Innova Electronics facility will undergo some facility upgrades to accommodate Extel manufacturing personnel and equipment.

Innova's own Bob Snider named CFO of the Year by the Houston Business Journal in the category for Emerging Private Companies

Houston, TX, May 18, 2007– Bob was nominated as CFO of the Year for his role with Innova this year and because of the great things he has made happen.  This is a competition that is sponsored by Houston Business Journal, Marsh, PKF, and TSCPA.  It is open to Houston area CFO's, which is a market of literally thousands of professionals.  The Houston Business Journal published the results in the May 18th edition!

There  were over 250 nominations and 6 categories.  In the "Non-Public Emerging Company" category,  which represents Innova-Extel, Bob was one of 10 finalists!  A huge accomplishment in  and of itself.  Bob took home the final award as "CFO of the Year" for this year and will be honored in the June 8th edition of the HBJ.    He will hold the title of "CFO of the Year" until this time next year.
